Day 1: Arrival Chennai
Welcome to Chennai in India. You will be greeted & received by “Holiday Pleasure” representative at the airport and transferred to your hotel. Overnight in Chennai.
Day 2: Chennai - Colombo
After breakfast, proceed for city tour & sightseeing. Visit the National Art Gallery and Museum with a fine collection of ancient paintings of almost all schools, Fort St. George, St. Mary's Church, Marina Beach (the second longest in the world), San Thome Cathedral and Mylapore Shiva Temple. Late evening transfer to airport to catch the flight to Colombo, Sri Lanka. Colombo houses several interesting buildings reminiscent of its colonial past. .
Day 03: Colombo

Arrival Colombo early morning. Welcome to the beautiful island country, Sri Lanka, and transfer to Pinnawala.

The Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage, established in 1975, commenced with seven orphans. Today some of these orphans enjoy the fortune of seeing their grandchildren born in the same location. Pinnawela started a scientific captive-breeding programme for elephants. The free movement of the herd enhanced the chances for respective individuals of both sexes to get together and mate.
Afternoon transfer from Pinnawala to Kandy
Kandy was the last capital of the Sri Lankan kings which is a World Heritage Site. Many of the legends, traditions and folklore are still lovingly kept alive. Drive around the Kandy Lake built by the last Sinhala king, Sri Wickrama Rajasinghe in 1798. Visit the Kandy town and Bazaar, the arts & crafts centre, a gem museum and a lapidary. Also visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic in Kandy.
Thereafter witness a Cultural show. After the Kandy city tour transfer to Hotel. Overnight at KANDY.

Day 04: Colombo
After Breakfast proceed to Bentota. Check in hotel. Leisure on the Beach.
Overnight in Bentota.
Day 05: Bentota – Colombo - Chennai
After Breakfast proceed to Colombo and enjoy a full day sightseeing of Sri Lankan capital, Colombo. Popular tourist attractions here include old buildings, museums, and viharas. Throughout the day visit prominent tourist spots like The Dutch Period Museum, The Viharamahadevi Park, Kelaniya Raja Maha Vihara, and Wolvendaal Church (Colombo's oldest
Dutch church), and late evening catch the flight for Chennai. Arrive Chennai late night. Check in hotel. Overnight in Chennai.
Day 06: Chennai - Kanchipuram – Mahabalipuram
Morning drive to Kanchipuram. Kanchipuram, 70 kms west of Mahabalipuram, this city of thousand temples lies. One of the seven sacred cities of Hindus, it was the capital of the early Cholas as far back as the 2nd century BC. Kanchi was a major seat of Tamil learning as well as an important place of pilgrimage for Buddhists, Jains and Hindus. Overnight at the hotel in Covelong.
Day 07: Mahabalipuram – Tanjore
An early departure for Tanjore visiting enroute Pondicherry. PONDICHERRY - Although the French influence is gradually fading, Pondicherry retains a few Gallic accents. Pondicherry's main sights are the Rai Nivas, the Sacred Heart Church and the Sri Aurobindo Ashram.
Day 08: Tanjore
Morning sightseeing tour of Tanjore. Tanjore - The home of Carnatic music, musical instruments, dance and traditional hadicrafts, Tanjore (Thanjavur) is famous for the Brahadeeswarar Temple. The temple constructed more than a thousand years ago by the Chola King Raja Rajan is an architect's marvel.
Day 09: Tanjore – Madurai
Morning visit Rock Fort Temple. The Rock Fort situated on the banks of the Kaveri river, Trichy's most famed land mark is an 84 m high rock, one of the oldest in the world aprox.3, 800 million years. The
attraction is not for fort itself but the temple at the summit. 344 steps hewn out of rock lead to the top where are the inscriptions dating back to the 3rd century B.C. Later drive to Madurai and on arrival, check-in at the hotel. Overnight stay.
Day 08: Madurai – Chennai
Morning sightseeing tour of Madurai, known as Athens of the East, it is the second largest city on the banks of the River Vigai. The city got its name from the drops of nectar (Mathuram) that fell from Shiva's locs when he came to bless its people for constructing a temple for him. Madurai where the people wake up at the chant of hymns is proud of magnificent 'The Meenakshi-Sundareswara Temple. Late noon transfer to the airport for flight to Chennai. On Arrival transfer to international Airport for onward journey to your home.
